At Kai Coffee, we strive to provide you with the highest quality coffee and products to enhance your coffee experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
You may return unopened and unused coffee products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging. (some products are not eligible for returns such as consumables like coffee beans)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
